Information sessions are a great way to spread the word about your Brigade, answer common questions, and reach your volunteer minimum.
Here is a rundown to make your presentation a success:
1. Use Global Brigades support: If you need help rehearsing or want someone to attend virtually, don't hesitate to reach out.
2. Invite co-leaders to join you: There is strength in numbers and having co-leaders by your side can make your presentation more impactful.
3. Track sign-ups and attendance using Eventbrite: The platform allows you to manage and monitor the number of people attending your event. Fill out this form for a custom Eventbrite page.
4. Advertise in different ways: Maximize your reach by using both traditional methods like paper flyers, email outreaches using these email templates, or digital marketing like social media advertising.
