Museums in Comayagua

Visit Comayagua, the heart of Honduras, and explore museums like the IHAH to learn more about Honduran culture and the country's rich history.

Eco-Stove Construction

Visit rural communities in Honduras and help implement Eco-Stove construction with community members.

Eco-Stoves produce less particulate emissions, which helps improve health and respiratory diseases associated with traditional cooking.

Hygiene Station Construction

Construct hygiene stations, while also learning about the Basic Sanitation Committee proposals to complete public health goals set by the community.

The total length of the construction is 3 days. To complete the construction, we would replace 1 day in the standard itinerary with 1 construction day and add 2 more days to the Brigade.

Standard Research Project

Participate in a research project to evaluate the long-term impact of our year-round primary health care initiatives.

You'll do this by helping conduct community member surveys and interviewing Community Health Workers.
