Editing Your Postcard
How do I change the photos on my postcard?
- Upload the photo you want to replace it with. If you have pictures from previous Brigades, we highly recommend using those.
- Select the photo you want to use and drag it on top of the picture you want to replace.
Tip: Double-click on the new photo if you want to crop or zoom for a better placement.
How do I add or change a QR code?
- Find the app option on the menu on the left side of your screen, and search for QR code. Once you have downloaded the app, you will have access to creating QR codes.
- Generate the QR code with the URL to your Eventbrite (or MyBrigades page) for future volunteers to scan.
- Replace the template QR code with your personalized one. Test out the QR code with your phone to double-check it's taking you to the correct page.
Saving and Sharing Your Postcard
Canva automatically saves your progress as you work, so you don't need to worry about losing your edits.
When you're ready to download your finished postcard, click the "Share" button in the top right corner of the screen, then select "Download." Choose your preferred file format; PDF is recommended for printing, while PNG or JPG works well for digital sharing. Only select the pages you want to download.
