Brigade Scholarship Opportunities

What Brigade scholarship opportunities are available?

There are several opportunities for you and your Chapter to receive scholarships to go towards your Donation Goal. Chapter Leaders, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and university faculty play an important role in empowering volunteers and growing the Global Brigades movement. To show our support and incentivize Brigade participation, scholarships are available for those who meet specific eligibility criteria.

The following apply to all scholarships awarded by Global Brigades USA and Global Brigades Canada.

USA & Canada

Brigade Leader Scholarship

Chapter leaders are eligible to earn a scholarship for successfully organizing a brigade with a certain number of volunteers.

We have two chapter leader scholarship options: a $1,000 partial scholarship for meeting the minimum number of volunteers, and a full scholarship for reaching an empowered number of volunteers.

* Chapter leaders in Canada are eligible for the partial scholarship, and chapter leaders in the US are eligible for either scholarship.
