Kakum National Park Tour
Learn more about the endangered and rare animals like the Diana Monkey, Bongo, Yellow-backed Duiker and elephant at the Kakum National Park. Observe species of herbaceous and woody plants.
Located in Assin Attandanso Reserve is the Kakum National Park and Canopy Walkway that offers visitors spectacular scenery.

Medical Day for Public Health Brigades
Visit Ghana's rural community CHPS (Community Health and Planning Services) for structural maintenance work or to donate supplies and medications.
The CHPS are Ghana's strategy to deliver community level services as a key element for healthcare service and health planning.

Public Health Day for a Medical Brigade
Visit Public Health project or a school in Ghana rural communities for maintenance work.
No construction is included, instead maintenance work to previous Public Health projects will be implemented alongside community members.

Medical Immersion
Shadow doctors for 2 days in hospital rotations at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital.
You can have the opportunity to learn from qualify HCPs by shadowing various procedures and surgeries in hospitals settings.

Public Health Construction
Work with Public Health technicians in the implementation of Biodigester constructions during 2 days in rural communities.
The biodigester serves as a sustainable waste and sewerage management system, where organic material can be biologically digested.

- How does an enrichment activity work?
Your Brigade would last 8 days plus the duration of the activity or activities you choose. During the entire duration of the Brigade plus the enrichment activities, you would have Global Brigades staff to support and accompany you! - What is included in the “additional add-on donation goal”?
The additional donation goal includes lodging, transportation, meals, logistics, entrances to sites if it is a cultural activity, or donations to projects for programmatic activities, as well as insurance for the extra day(s). - Do all volunteers joining the Brigade need to join the enrichment activities?
To add an enrichment activity, we need at least the minimum number of volunteers to run a Brigade independently (sustainable level) to join the activity
